I contacted Inspiration Computers about a job I doubted they would be able to help me with. However, they did solve the problem and I am delighted with the results. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will definitely use them again.

Had a HP laptop that was so slow I used my mobile. I contacted inspiration with my problem to see if anything could be done to save it from being thrown away. Inspiration told me I needed a new hard drive and gave me a price which was so much lower than buying a new one. Repair was done within two days. Absolutely amazed with speed,customer service, and price . Would throughly recommend to all. Absolutely inspirational.( excuse the pun)

New keyboard needed for my laptop following an accident with a cup of coffee! I was given an estimate of time and cost by Lee and the work was completed in quick time and under the estimated cost given. Excellent service as always by Alison and Lee.

My laptop wouldn't turn on and the fan needed replacing. I was called before any work was done so I was aware how much it would cost. All in all a great and quick fix and my laptop is up and running (and cool!).

We recently bought a new laptop from Lee and Alison. Not being any sort of expert Lee and Alison gave us excellent advice. E-Mails were sent to me with a full range of products and specifications, and follow up advice was received, and duly noted. All the information we received greatly helped us to make the choice on our purchase, and when the laptop arrived Lee transferred everything across from our old laptop, and set everything up for us, very quickly and efficiently. In the last two weeks Lee and Alison have contacted us to make sure we are happy with everything, and to advise us that if we have any questions just to get back in touch with them. The customer focus is excellent, and I will be using them again if I need anything in the future, be it hardware or software, all the advice is based on exactly what the customer requires. I congratulate you Lee and Alison for all the advice and work you did for us.

I run 2 PC's, neither were Win11 compliant according to MS tools. I contacted Lee at Inspiration Computer to replace both. After discussion, Lee advised 1 replacement and 1 to be upgraded with an SSD. This was done as two jobs to minimise distruption to my business. I needed the PC being replaced to be cloned onto the new one to ensure all applications were present. Lee promised best efforts, and delivered brilliantly. Everything worked fantasically on the new PC, performance was also great. No major issues with the cloned PC were experienced. Once new PC settled in, Lee upgraded the existing one with an SSD as agreed. Once again, everything went brilliantly, the resulting performance boost was amazing. Also Lee ensured the PC was Win11 ready by tweaking the bios. I have dealt with this company a number of times and cannot recommend them highly enough.
