My name is Ross Coen I am the owner and founder of Bumblebee plumbing and heating. We have been going since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 7 vans on the road and a full-time office. We recently won "BOILER AND HEATING CONTRACTORS INSTALLERS 2019" in the energy efficiency awards after winning it in 2018 also, showing that all our hard work and commitment is paying off.

We have a commitment to high level service and always strive for the perfect job. Our engineers are highly trained and experienced meaning that our customers get the best guys on the job every time.

At Bumblebee we are strong believers in "paying today to secure tomorrow". For instance, we have heavily invested in "our system" which sends SMS when the engineers on his way.

The pilot light wasn't staying lit on my boiler. Fabulous communication, got a call just before engineer arrived so I didn't have to wait in all day. Engineer was very thorough and knowledgable, replacement part fitted and system checked again just in case. Extremely happy with everybody I dealt with.

Duncan from Bumblebee fitted a Salamander shower pump to our legacy hot water system, which had very poor hot water pressure upstairs for our bathroom showers. He was friendly, courteous, tidy, and the job was completed as planned and quoted by Ross. The outcome is excellent! We now have invigorating water pressure for our showers which really gets rid of the "cobwebs" in the mornings. We all look forward to using the showers now. I'd certainly recommend Bumblebee and will use them for future plumbing and heating jobs.

Installed and replaced radiator in the lounge and fixed an issue we had with two radiators not working. Offered advice on upgrading our existing boiler, which has been installed in the property since it was built. From speaking to Bumblebee Plumbing to explain the issues and additional works we wanted carrying out, they visited the property at a time that suited myself, provided a full breakdown quotation, explained in detail their recommendations of the works to be carried out. Very genuine, reasonably priced, very trust worthy and I have booked in for further works to be carried out in the New Year on having our old boiler replaced. Bumblebee Plumbing went that extra mile to sort out my issues, fully drained the system, which British Gas were expensive. I would highly recommend them and will be using their services from now on and cancelling my services with British Gas. Extremely pleased with the work, great job and great service. Thanks!

The water pump on my central heating system was making a terrible racket.. I called bumble bee plumbing to assess what was needed. Right from the start they were professional and courteous in their approach to both me and the work in hand and the job was completed on the day it was promised. My boiler wasnt working. I had somebody out who told me that i needed a new boiler. I got a second opinion. Ross was extremely professional. He told me that the boiler was fine it just needed a new part which he ordered that day. He serviced the boiler and came back the next day to fit the part. The boiler worked fine. Touch wood its still doing good. Ross was at my house the exact time he told me he would be there on both occasions and hes prices were very reasonable. My husband and I have recommended him to quite a few family members who have also been more than happy with his work

My central heating boiler stopped working at about 4.30pm on the 26/01/17. I phoned Bumble Bee Heating, they arranged a heating engineer to call the following morning. He arrived at 8.50 and the heating back on by 9.30am. Fantastic.

After being let down by a number of "highly rated" local plumbers who did not want to engage with a tricky issue I contacted Ross and his team. I was impressed by their determination to solve the issue and the systematic approach to working out the problem. In the end I needed a new boiler but the advice I was given was excellent. From an engineering background myself I appreciate I am not the easiest of customers but everything made sense and the installation was of a high standard and good value. At last I have a plumber I can call on with confidence for advice and high quality work.

Worcester Bosch boiler replaced in loft. Ross assessed our home and recommended a suitable boiler and emphasised his point by using a device measuring water flow. Quote was reasonable. Ross and Steve arrived promptly, texted prior to arrival, had enthusiasm and dealt with any issues that arose on the day, worked right through taking delivery of parts to avoid leaving site. We discovered a slow leak a couple of days later, they returned to fix the problem within 30 minutes which was very reassuring, This demonstrated their commitment to after care service. I would fully recommend.

I invited Ross from Bumblebee to price up a replacement boiler having been badly let down by British Gas, he happened to be working just down the road. Ross turned up on time and was happy to discuss moving to a Combi boiler system to replace my old boiler, cylinder and tanks. Having looked over the job he was quick to provide a quote which we felt was good value. We agreed a start date and an approx timeline to complete and the Bumblebee team arrived on time, quickly put down carpet protectors and got on with the job. The whole team were very professional in their approach to us as customers and it was clear from the outset that they knew exactly what they were doing, even making a great match on the brickwork around the new flue. They job went really well and after a full flush of the system they finished off with the fitting of a Hive Hub, Receiver and wireless thermostat. (Which is great by the way). All rubbish was removed and everything was left clean and tidy. I know have a system that is efficient and quiet and that heats the rads in no time at all and a hot water system that gives fantastic hot water pressure that has turned our old rubbish pressure shower into a virtual power shower, well done guys! I cannot recommend this Company enough and hopefully this write up is a good reference for the Bumblebee team. Thanks Bumblebee your service is second to none !

Really struggled to get a heating engineer after recent cold snap when I had a problem with my heating- I was recommended bumblebee by one of their competitors! Steve called out within the hour, diagnosed the problem and booked me in for a repair. Price for two motorised valves and fitting was reasonable- kept to schedule,texted to let me know when was coming , completed job and left everything clean and tidy. This is how tradesmen should work- didn’t try to sell me other work that didn’t need doing and didn’t try and rip me off. Well done lads- will certainly recommend you and use again ( although hopefully not too soon!)

4 days into my first house and my 30+ year old boiler packed in and was way too unsafe to bring back to life. I rang Bumblebee and Ross came over on the Monday and provided a full itemized quote and walked me through all the work needed that same day. He is a very friendly honest and trustworthy gentleman and him and his team fitted a new boiler in a new location and had my heating on in 1 day!!! I am delighted. You wouldn't know that 5 guys had been in my house fitted a new heating system. My house was spotless when they left. Very hard working crew. If you are looking for a premium service and don't want to pay the earth then look no further.

Ross recently quoted and then fitted a new boiler (Combi) for us. We had been without a boiler for a week and Ross juggled appointments around to fit us in and get our heating/hot water back up and running. The work was carried out to a very high quality and in the time stated. The customer service and communication was great and we were kept informed along the way. Even after installation I had a query on the function of the system and Ross came back without fuss and explained all in a clear and understanding manner. In summary I cannot fault and would happily recommend Ross and BumbleBee to anyone thinking of have work done

I gave Ross a list of work to be carried out including fitting a new boiler and received an acceptable quote later that day. Work was started a few days later and completed as promised. The team worked in an efficient and friendly manner and did a very thorough job, particularly flushing my old system which produced a mass of metallic sludge! First class workmanship was tested at every stage leading to a satisfied customer. I would recommend Bumblebee to anyone.

I am rating the individual, not a trader. These days a boiler service does not entail the work it used to do when boilers were less efficient. Therefore, the work carried out is less complicated but never the less was carried out most efficiently.

I was in hospital some time ago with pneumonia and whilst in there my boiler broke down. After numerous calls to the big four I couldn't get anybody to come out and was without heating whilst still unwell. I contacted Bumblebee who where most understanding and supportive and offered to get someone out that day. Their engineer Steven came, got me back up and running, was very professional and worked to a very high standard. I am so grateful to them and would recommend them to anybody. I had a radiator changed out and an additional one fitted. The work was performed in a timely manner to the quoted cost. The engineer who undertook the work, (Andy), is extremely knowledgeable and very capable. He kept me updated on progress but to be honest I hardly knew he was there. He also tidied up on completion of the work. This is the second scheduled job that Bumblebee have done for me since I moved into the property 4 months ago and I have been more than satisfied with both of them. Just out of interest, Andy did the first job as well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bumblebee to anyone.

Had to call someone out as an emergency one morning due to our boiler dying on us, called first thing in the morning and they said they'd be with my by 11. They arrived bang on time, diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary parts so they could complete the job next day. Sadly that left us with no heating or hot water but not their fault, without the part there was no boiler so fair enough. They arrived bang on time the following day and fitted the offending part, left no mess and put everything back exactly as it was. Really pleased with them, very thorough and conscientious in their work to get our boiler up and running again.

I have used Bumblebee before. They look after my mums boiler. My mum is 84 years old and for her the priority is to keep warm. In May her boiler failed no heating or hot water. I telephoned bumblebee and they arranged to visit the same day. Excellent service. They managed to get the heating back only on a temporary basis as the boiler needed a new pump which was fitted the following day. Mum was delighted with the engineer that sorted out the problem. 1st class service received by first class people. Thank you

We called out Bumblebee following catastrophic damage to our old central heating boiler which had left us with no heating or hot water. It soon became apparent that the damage was so substantial that it probably wouldn't have been cost effective to undertake repairs, even if spares were still obtainable for this particular boiler. We took the decision to have a new "INTERGAS" boiler installed, having previously read about these new efficient dutch boilers. The Bumblebee engineer said that due to other workload commitments it would be Tuesday 24th March before it could be done. However since he was aware that we were both OAP's. he said he would talk to Ross, the owner, and see if they could prioritise our installation. Within the hour we received a call to advise us that they had been able to re-arrange workloads and that our installation would take place the following morning. True to their word, Bumblebee arrived first thing Thursday morning, and the new boiler was installed, up and running, some 4 hours later. We cannot praise Bumblebee enough for their commitment to resolving our dilemma, at a time when clearly a supply of hot water is essential in combating the corona-virus. Their tradesmen and equipment are of the highest quality. Thank you all at Bumblebee.

Our heating recently stopped working and with the current situation in the country at the moment, we panicked a little, as we are currently self-isolating. Being over 70 need our heating. We looked online and found bumblebee was still working and had very good reviews. We phoned up and spoke to Ross and he assured us that all of his staff were well enough to be in work and explained that he had his engineers sending their temperatures in a morning, alongside that they were wearing face masks and gloves and they would keep a safe distance from us at all times. I felt a little more at ease so I booked in a visit and their engineer Steve came out to see us. He wore a face mask the entire time along with his gloves, he even had his own cup for a brew. We explained what was wrong and he got to it. He was very polite, very tidy and very knowledgeable. H had us up and running in under an hour all whilst keeping a safe distance from us. We then received the bill to find that we had been given a 20% discount for being over 70. We are very grateful and wouldn't hesitate in referring them to anyone who needs there heating looking at, even if you're worried about isolating. Well done bumblebees and thank you

Had a boiler system fitted, replacing an ancient broken one. We were given a choice of systems and after discussing them we were advised to go with the cheapest of the options. They don't just sell you the most expensive. We took out their service option and they have been fantastic. The services have been organised around my work and the guys coming round have been friendly and answered any questions I have had. I have only had to call them out the once and they were round straight away. We have been with them 3 years and would definitely recommend.

After being let down repeatedly by other local heating engineers to come and service my boiler, I phoned Bumblebee. I was impressed from the first contact, efficient booking system over the phone, followed immediately by a confirmation email. Sam phoned 45 minutes before the booked time to ask if it was ok to come early. Absolutely was. He was polite, courteous and obviously knows his trade. My old boiler stopped working and this always gives me anxiety after dealing with British Gas some 5 years ago. Sam came round and correctly diagnosed the fault within 1/2hr. Unfortunately it was a rare part and took some time to source the part (boiler prob 20 yrs old) but it did come and was fixed first time at a very reasonable price. Great work Sam and Bumblebee, it's a relief to know a good plumbing firm.

We sought an estimate from a national retailer for a replacement boiler, but the representative who came out was a salesman rather than a heating engineer. As a consequence, we had little confidence in the product or the service that was being offered. We had seen the Bumblebee vans around the local area and thought we would ask them for a possible alternative. Thank goodness we did! As soon as we started to explain what we wanted, Ross made it clear that he had an excellent working knowledge of boiler installation and customer needs. He listened to what we wanted and then explained our options. We obviously decided to go ahead. Pete and Andy arrived promptly on the morning the work was due to commence. At the end of the 2 days they were in our home, we had a nice, new boiler. All our requirements were met, if not exceeded and you would never know they had been in our home. We would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you Bumblebee.

I got five different quotes and Bumble bee were definitely the most helpful explaining in clear language what they needed to do and why. Cost was competitive. Both guys that did the work were very pleasant, Covid aware and also laid down carpet protector as they had to remove the old water tank in the loft and the emersion heater. Cleaned up after themselves, punctual and even gave me a ten minute warning when there was likely to be some noise (as I was working from home making tele calls so I wouldn't get disturbed). There was a slight problem after they left (the historic plumbing that was not part of their job), one quick call and they were back straight away and resolved it with no fuss or complaint. Excellent job and recommended

Bumblebee did a great job resolving an ongoing issue that others had failed to fix. We had a home cover agreement in place, but a recurring issue was not resolved despite multiple call outs, much to our huge frustration. Selected Bumblebee to install boiler and radiators. The quote was competitive and informative about the options (much cheaper than British Gas) and work was done quickly and efficiently, overcoming the obstacles of an older house and even helping move furniture around. Did have a minor issue, but this was sorted straight away with a follow-up visit, so great customer service on that one. Would highly recommend them and certainly use them again.

I bled radiators today and the pressure in the system dropped and the boiler switched off. I know how to top up the system and that usually sorts it. However it didn’t work. We had no hot water. I called Bumblebee and they came immediately and had it fixed very quickly.

I booked a boiler service, cost of which I felt was very reasonable indeed. My appointment time was between 1pm and 7pm. I asked that morning if the engineer could come before 5 as I had an appointment to attend. This was arranged without hesitation. Got a text to say when the engineer was coming, earlier than expected. Everything was explained and he was totally honest about the state of my boiler which is about 12 years old. Would definitely recommend BumbleBee and will be using them for my plumbing and heating in the future.

The engineer text me to say that he was on his way, removed his boots at the front door and asked me if I wanted him to wear a mask before he entered my house. He serviced the boiler, checked all the radiators, put new batteries into the CH control panel and reset the time in advance of the clocks going back in a few weeks time, he even offered to make me a cuppa tea being as I’m on crutches after a recent knee operation! Clean & tidy and very friendly & polite too … I’d recommend Bumble Bee to anyone as they always do a super-smashing job! x

Replacement of a very old boiler. Surveyed properly, quoted promptly and reasonably, stuck to quote. Team that arrived to do the job knew exactly what to do and didn't need to run off for unexpected parts. Team stayed on task and completed the work on time and with the minimum of mess. Took all 'rubbish' away with them and left us the minimum of a clean-up job. Everyone we spoke to from the office, through Ross then the team were exceptionally polite. A small problem the day after was dealt with by a return visit that same day. Use Bumblebee with total confidence.

A replacement boiler was required following the demise of the existing appliance. It was something of an emergency given the recent cold snap and aged clients. The process of arranging a choice of replacement, quotation for installation, obtaining the selected model and installation was completed in 7 days; the actual work of removing the old boiler and installing the new one was 8 hours. The engineer was outstanding, he only took a short lunch break of 10-15 minutes and worked continuously. He was friendly, professional, helpful and patiently explained how the new appliance and associated Hive system works. I have taken out the service and maintenance contract without reservation given the superb service that I received. I highly recommend this company

I had a leak on my boiler and problems with the pressure. Also a problem with a heater under my kitchen unit that was very difficult to access. From the moment I contacted Bumblebee plumbing, they were very helpful and professional. My boiler was leaking and I asked Bumblebee to check the boiler as it had been installed by them 8 months previously. The engineer was prompt and efficient. Unfortunately, the boiler had stopped leaking before the engineer attended but he did as many checks as possible to try and find the fault. This was a call out under our Bumblebee contract. As ever the engineer (in this case Paul Brown) was totally efficient. He spotted the issue straight away and fixed the boiler within minutes. He was really friendly and we had a good laugh with him! I would strongly recommend Bumblebee. We had the boiler installed by them two years ago and also took out the contract at the same time. They have never let us down and are very quick to come out despite the limitations of the current Covid crisis.

We contacted BumbleBee as our heat pump had stopped working and we were without heat in our radiators. They sent James out within a couple of days and he got the problem sorted without any issues. We are very impressed by the service provided by James and the company. We had a text message to say when James was on his way. He diagnosed the problem immediately and gave a quote. Admittedly, my initial thought was the company were going to be very expensive to use, given how professional looking they are online and seeing the vans driving around - but I've been proven wrong. I have now had a service contract with Bumblebee for about 3 years and has an unvented water cylinder fitted by them also. On a couple of occasions, faults have been detected on my aging boiler and efficiently rectified. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Bumblebee.

Once again it was a professional job from the initial quote to the confirmation note of when they would arrive to the installation and careful commissioning of a new boiler. Our project consisted of removing the back boiler and fire and replacing with a new combi boiler in a new location. Other work included re-routing of gas pipes, a new radiator, new Hive valves to all the radiators, and removal and disposal of old tanks and pipes. From initial site survey we were given a detailed scope of works, costs, and time scales, which were kept to throughout the works. The installation engineers placed protective coverings on carpets and furniture in all work areas and kept us updated on progress, and all waste was removed at the end of each day. All the team were friendly and polite, and despite the extent of the work required, it still made the experience as good as it could be. We couldn't fault any part of the whole experience and would happily recommend Bumblebee.

Three compression connections to boiler are leaking droplets. Engineer came to fix but insist only one is leaking. Tighten it then fine. However, the other two locations I pointed out now are still leaking. Need to call again to make appointment to fix again.

Sometimes leaks can be hard to find, I believe this is now all sorted. Unfortunately not all issues can be rectified first time, but we will always come back and solve any issues

Had a replacement combi Boiler fitted by Bumblebee. Received very good and clear advice from Steve on the initial quotation. Very good communication throughout with the cheerful and helpful Vicky. The installation by Peter and Jack was both rapid and very clean and tidy. Went for an Intergas boiler and very pleased with it. I can honestly say that our heating and hot water has never been better in our forty years at this house. I signed up for the very good value care plan. Bumblebee provide a great service. From the young lady in the office to the service engineers that carry out the work, they all have enthusiasm for customer satisfaction and want the customer to have heat, hot water and no leaking pipes. Its a breath of fresh air to come across a company with such positive outlook on life and far better than dealing with the big boys who just want your money and provide no service. Ten out of ten and highly recommended from changing radiators, annual service and breakdowns.

We needed a fast response to a plumbing pipework repair following a leak detection that had been identified by another contractor as the contractor was not allowed to undertake this particular repair. As Bumblebee Plumbing & Heating also service our boiler, they were the obvious first choice for us & they did not disappoint. They came out within the hour, fixed the small repair needed, restoring the pipework to perfection & undertook the work without any fuss or bother. From the moment Ross came out to give a quote and explain the work involved to the fitter, Peter, installing the new combi boiler, everything went superbly. Peter explained every process and I felt that he was a very professional in his way. As the house would be empty when he arrived I gave him the key to let himself in. I have been a professional mechanical engineer for thirty years and generally do my own work around the house, as find it very hard to find good tradesmen. Bumblebee was recommended to me by my a work colleague. I must say they where spot on. Very professional from start to finish. They replaced my old gravity feed system boiler to a combination boiler in two days. Left each day clean and tidy. Week later all the compliance paper work delivered in the post along with the twelve year parts and labour warranty. Happy Days. I can highly recommend Bumblebee for boiler replacements.

Bumblebee messaged to say engineer (Steve) was on his way. Steve was well presented, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the fault with the boiler. Explained in detail what had caused the fault, and demonstrated how he would rectify it. Explained how to prevent the fault reoccurring (i.e. correct service intervals). Steve was clean in his work and left no mess. Would definitely use both Bumblebee & Steve again for any future plumbing/central heating work. Job sorted!

Contacted bumblebee after doing a local search on google & out of many that came up locally bumblebee stood out by far with amazing reviews & with checkatrade and which trusted trader I was put at ease, I arranged a home visit for a quote to remove my 25 year old heating system with immersion heater tank removed and have a combi boiler fitted in a new location from kitchen to upstairs, the assessor who came out answered every question & recommended what boiler would suit and explained what work would have to be carried out A++++, I was given I reasonable quote and because of outstanding service & information of the guy that came out I did not want to consider getting any other company, boiler and work was carried out on date agreed 28/7/22 for 2 days, the guy that carried the works out was andy heal and his 2 work colleagues was amazing, being in the building game myself they worked clean and tidy and was respectful of my property and and was on point from start to finish informing me of every stage, I cannot stress enough how amazing and I highly recommend bumblebee for anything for plumbing or heating, everyone 110% happy, all new pipe work was done in copper pipe and clipped and as it should be not the rubbish plastic quick fit that looks untidy,

Our boiler broke down over the weekend, Bumblebee were quick to respond and got an engineer to us on Monday. Paul was polite and explained what problems he may be looking for. After a process of elimination he discovered the wiring to the thermostat was causing the issue. He isolated that thermostat and now we have our heating and hot water working. We do need an electrician to come and supply a new cable, but this would be outside of Bumblebees scope of work. Would definitely recommend.

The boiler had been serviced some months ago but having kept the heating off for sometime it would not connect to the remote boiler control. A quick call to the office and Steve was here in 5 minutes. Box opened and in five minutes I am back up and running. These guys are amazing. Don’t use anyone else. We have used Bumblebee for the past 3 years now since we lived in Warrington. Every time the service has been fantastic, the team explain everything before and after the service is done. They even talked through why some rooms were hotter than others and recommendations as to how to resolve this. I would highly recommend them, in fact I have and several neighbours now use them.

Bumblebee came out at short notice to diagnose an issue with our central heating system. They provided a quote for the work and some replacement parts. Fortunately for us they were able to come out and fix the problem within a couple of days. All of the team at Bumblebee were really helpful. The work was completed quickly and we were given a discount on the original quote because it had taken under one hour to fix. I would recommend Bumblebee plumbing and heating.

The engineers arrived on time, removed old boiler and installed new one well within time advised. They explained what they were doing and cleaned after themselves. Very pleased with the work done. Just got to get used to a purring boiler.

This company goes the extra mile for customer service. I needed a temporary fix (replacement valve) for a radiator in my elderly Mum’s bedroom while awaiting fitting of a Hive system (delayed due to supply chain issues). Had been let down on the valve replacement three times by previous plumber (probably because on its own its a small job). Bumblebee recognised that the current cold spell made this important to us and sorted it out quickly and efficiently. They are responsive and everyone we’ve dealt with has been very pleasant. Highly recommend.

We had been left without a working boiler in minus temperatures. I gave Bumblebee a call and they prioritised our need with a house visit within two days and the installation on the third day. Andy Heal came out to install, he was clean, professional and kept us informed on each step. Really impressed with the result and he even went above and beyond to help us fix a broken garage door. Really recommend this company highly and so glad we choose them.

Bumblebee were recommended by a friend and they lived up to this recommendation. Arrived when arranged to provide a quote, which is unusual for some trades these days. Information provided fast and installation date arranged within 2 weeks. Following a cancellation the installation was brought forward so job completed within 10 days. Great lads who did the job. Helpful with the Hive and kept the house clean with a runner and removal of all waste. Recommend!

I have used Bumblebee on two occasions recently, for a boiler and unvented cylinder service, and to replace a faulty cylinder pressure valve. On both occasions, they were able to provide convenient appointment times and advanced warning of their arrival. The work was carried out professionally and the disruption was minimal. The invoices and service report were delivered promptly via email, and the payment acknowledgement was received in a timely manner. Overall, a competent and professional company who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, or use again.

We initially used Bumblebee just to check out the heating system ( which had not been used for some timer) when we first moved into the property. We were impressed by the professionalism of the office team and the engineer who did the work. Had a problem with the boiler with no hot water but radiators all working well. James quickly identified the fault which was a faulty diverter valve and also improved the pipework. Repaired soon after. Professional and efficient service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Excellent customer service from the lady who booked my call. I had a txt on the day of the service to say the engineer was on his way. Again, excellent customer service. Bumblebee fitted a new pressurised unvented hot water cylinder to replace a much smaller and convoluted vented hot water cylinder system. The price was fair for the work and they visited twice to discuss and accommodate some specific requirements we had (relating to future bathroom refurb). They did exactly as discussed with neat and tidy plumbing. The new system is excellent and solved a number of problems we had. There was a small misunderstanding about the location of isolator valves but this was very promptly rectified once we flagged it. It was a pleasure to have a tradesman who took pride in their work - a rare trait it seems these days.

We needed to replace our existing boiler urgently and Bumblebee flew into action to help us stay warm. We were super impressed by the whole process, from surveying to fitting a new boiler and all credit to their engineers (Steve and Ross) work onsite. The plumbing and fitting looked so neat - almost a piece of art! Good experience all round.

Great service, Ross came out and quoted the next day as promised. Quoted, booked install day the same day, came on time and Steve did a fantastic job assisted by Andy, including training me on both the boiler and Hive app for controlling it. Left all areas clean and tidy, what a great experience. Steve was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable that all would go well. New boiler now working very well, the Intergas boiler is top quality, I am now signing up for a service contract with them for the next 12 years and beyond. I would highly recommend the Bumblebee Team they did what they said they would when they they would.
